Some of the major public projects we are involved with include:

    Georgia World Congress Center Expansion, Atlanta, Georgia
    Design, market, implement and administer an OCIP for the Georgia World Congress Center Phase IV Expansion Project of $254 million (1999-2003)

    Rolling OCIP for the State of Georgia
    Design, market, implement and administer a Rolling OCIP for the statewide construction project of $225 million (2000-2003)

    Rolling OCIP for Fulton County Government, Georgia
    Design, market, implement and administer a Rolling OCIP for the Capital Improvement Project of $467 million (1998-2002)

    Rolling OCIP for Fulton County Government, Georgia
    Design, market and implement a Rolling OCIP for the Capital Improvement Project of $373 million (2002-2006)

    Rolling OCIP for Fulton County Government, Georgia
    Design, market and implement a Rolling OCIP for the Capital Improvement Project of $122 million (run-off: 2002-2006)

    American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO)
    Develop systems and procedures to implement services to the states through AASHTO including the consulting and implementation of OCIP and EJ programs for the states

    State of Florida
    Assisted the State with research and drafted a preliminary design for an OCIP, Surety Bonds, and Small and Minority Contractor Assistance Program

    Albany County, Georgia
    Provided OCIP consulting services for the County of Albany, Georgia

    Macon County, Georgia
    Provided OCIP consulting services for the Water Authority for the County of Macon, Georgia

    Georgia Department of Transportation, Georgia
    Global currently serves as a consultant to the Environmental Justice Planning Department of the Georgia Department of Transportation and Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority as a part of our Environmental Justice services.
